In a bowl of suji add curd and salt to it.
Make the batter and see the consistency.
Now for stuffing take a wok
Add oil and spring onion
Now add puree and cook it.
Add corns and all the ingredients.
Mix it and make thick stuffing.
Water of puree should evaporates.
Now take appampatra and brush it with oil.
Heat it and pour 1 spoon of batter in it.
Cover the lid for 2 mintes.
Now open the lid and spread stuffing on it.
Flip it slowly and again cover the lid for 2 mins.
See that both the sides gets crispy.
Transfer into the plate.
Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney or any other dip u like.
